Delivery Information

SP Furniture Of Cannock delivers from our Cannock Warehouse to mainland GB addresses only.

Our carriers cannot offer any timed or Saturday drops.

All orders will be despatched within the times quoted on the order or before, dependant on our stock availability. If the item is not available for delivery within the quoted dates we will contact you as soon as possible after the sale.

Please note that where possible we will always aim to deliver multiple item orders at the same time. As a precaution please remember to measure all staircases, hallways and door frames in addition to the place where you would like to situate the furniture so that you are able to safely move the item into your home.

We use 2 methods of carriage so please could we ask you to make note of the following before ordering. This will ensure a smooth order process:

Method 1 - Carrier

This service is used generally for Larger or Multiple items. We will email or call you when the item has been released to carriers explaining the delivery method.

Once the item is received by the carrier, they will telephone ahead to book the delivery, this is why we will always ask for your telephone numbers to be given on payment just in case this method is used. Please be aware that the day offered for delivery will be in conjunction with the carriers delivery schedule and route plans on a date that the carriers schedule will place them in your postcode area.

If you are not available on the first date suggested our carriers would gladly offer the delivery for the following week etc. Please accept our apologies in advance if the carriers route is not the most suitable day for you, however the days that the carriers offer for delivery will be in line with their pre-designed schedules.

In certain remote areas of the UK our carrier may only operate a single day per week for that area.

Please take this into account before purchasing our furniture as once the items are despatched from our warehouses the costs involved with return will be with the customer. Assistance may be required with lifting the item/s from the vehicle.

Method 2 - Parcel Carrier

This service is used generally for single and smaller items under 30kg, however on occasions individual larger items will be sent via this method. The item will be with you within 48 hours of despatch.

Please note our parcel carrier will not telephone ahead to book the delivery. If you are not in they will leave a card with a contact telephone number for you to agree a convenient date. This card must be responded to within 48 hours to avoid the item being returned to us hence creating an aborted delivery charge. Our carriers cannot offer any timed or Saturday drops and this will be a one man door to door service. Assistance may be required with lifting the item from the vehicle.

Finally we cannot accept liability for any losses or inconvenience caused for delivery failures to unforeseen circumstances.

Within 24 hours the relevant process will be put in place for a replacement part or item if applicable.
